DELIVERY (OR POSTAGE)
TASMANIAN DELIVERIES : Workplace addresses are best. For deliveries within the Launceston metro area (7250 7249 and 7248 postcodes), the cost is $5 (including GST) per order. If your order is placed before 11am, your gift will be delivered, to a workplace address in these postcodes, the same afternoon. For orders received after 11am or outside the Launceston metro area your gift will be delivered the next business day. Deliveries to all other Tasmanian postcodes add $14.95 (including GST) per order. Other states, Australia Post cost plus $4.95 handling. Please consider that there are some areas within Tasmania that are considered remote. These areas can incur additional delivery charges. The majority of destinations is serviced by our couriers and can be delivered to the door for the advertised cost. We will advise of extra charges, or alternative delivery arrangements should they be required, i.e., central pickup points for remote areas, etc. All your gift deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and gifts are not delivered on Weekends or Public Holidays. While Wrapped! endeavours to deliver on time we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unexpected circumstances (e.g, strikes, floods, accidents).
ALL INTERSTATE DELIVERIES: Workplace addresses are best. Wrapped! is proud to deliver gifts Australia wide with Australia Post providing excellent track and trace ability, incredible customer service and a streamlined delivery record. The cost for an individual gift delivery will vary per interstate destination and needs to be discussed with Wrapped! before they dispatch.
LARGE OR HEAVY PACKAGES : check with Wrapped! before finalising order. We prefer to use Australia Post and all Wrapped! gifts are delivered according to Australia Post guidelines and delivery schedules. The following is a general guideline only. If your gift is large in size (or your order contains multiple cartons), please ALLOW 2 days for delivery to Tasmania, 3 days to Queensland, 10 days to Western Australia and 5 days to Far North Queensland and Northern Territory. Depending on size, overnight deliveries are generally made to New South Wales, South Australia and ACT. (Allow 1-5 days for delivery depending on the destination state and the size of the gift delivery.) Please place your order early to avoid any disappointment and to give us the perfect opportunity to make sure that your gift arrives on your preferred delivery date.
MULTIPLE DELIVERIES IN TASMANIA When ordering online and sending multiple gift deliveries to the same address, $5.00 including GST will be added to the delivery charge for each extra parcel.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES Wrapped! is unable to guarantee preferred delivery dates during the last 2 weeks of December. We generally require a little more time to be able to process orders and have them delivered with Australia Post. Please order early to avoid any disappointment! If you are concerned about a delivery, feel free to call us on 0428 289 344 or email info@ewrapped.com.au to find out the status of you order during the Christmas season.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES International deliveries can only be organised after prior consultation with Wrapped! This is due to the complexity of customs regulations and freight charge variations sending parcels around the world.
INCORRECT ADDRESS Should the customer enter the incorrect address at the time of ordering Wrapped! is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. Incorrect or residential addresses may delay the delivery of your gift.
ORDERS
MAKING AN ORDER Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section. Wrapped! will confirm your order by email. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic invoice. Wrapped! reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not available for a product of equal or greater quality and cost. This includes packaging and ribbon. Wrapped!'s agreement with you comes into existence once Wrapped! has confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Wrapped! immediately on 0428 289 344. Orders placed before 11am for the Launceston metro area (7250, 7249 postcodes) in Tasmania cannot be cancelled after 1pm of that day due to Wrapped!'s fabulous same day delivery. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Wrapped!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES To return any gift(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your package and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned gift(s) to the address appearing at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 10 working days of order date - unworn, unused, unwashed and in original packaging where possible. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Wrapped! if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call Wrapped! to organise for the gift to be returned and a replacement gift package sent. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
ITEM SUBSTITUTES Wrapped! will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.
DISPLAYED PRODUCTS Some of our photographs have included optional products, that can be purchased, however, some photographs contain display items such as glasses, dishes etc. These are lifestyle props and are not included in the gift package unless specified.
SALE OF LIQUOR Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.
PAYMENT Wrapped! accepts payment by direct debit. ALSO bank cheque and money orders can be made out to Wrapped! Delivery times will be affected due to bank clearance times. Always supply a contact number for verification if required.
PRICING POLICY We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our online store. Special product markdowns or promotions that appear within Wrapped!'s online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.
AUSTRALIAN GST All prices in the online store include GST.
